One gem you absolutely must see if you are visiting Salt Lake City - or if you live here - is The Grand America Hotel. I've blogged about it before here & here.
One of the highlights of "The Grand" is their traditional tea. {If you don't drink caffeinated tea, there are lots of herbal caffeine-free options & hot cocoa.}
While "tea" sounds light, I assure you - it is more like a luncheon. The delicious scones & tiny sandwiches, followed by yummy sweet treats are a feast for the eye & the palate.
If you're lucky, you'll be there on a day when my friend Donna's daughter-in-law is playing the harp. Really - could heaven be much nearer?!
My dear friend, Colette {third from the left}, recently treated our book club to a scrumptious tea & it was so much fun. We all felt so pampered while we discussed our book Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. Thank you so much Colette & SLC Grand America for making me feel like "Queen for a Day".
