I'm reviewing a few of the projects I've done - with brutal honesty about whether they worked out. There have been some hits & some misses.
My choice of barstool fabric was a miss!
Somehow I came up with this "BRILLIANT" idea that Sunbrella outdoor fabric would be fabulous on my kitchen barstools. Why? Because it is supposed to be impervious to stains & really easy to clean. So I shelled out a ridiculous amount of money {even with my designer discount} to buy some Sunbrella fabric by the yard & covered the barstools myself. {CLICK HERE to read the original post.}
I loved the way they turned out . . .
However, I'm sorry to say that the fabric has not been as easy to clean as I had hoped. I have tried several methods - but as you can see in the first photo - the stains have not come out.
This is just my experience - hopefully others have had an easier time keeping this brand of fabric clean.
