Easter Breakfast & a Frittata Recipe

Happy Easter!
Tomorrow, we'll be having a big dinner -
so today I made a nice breakfast for the fam.

On the menu:
Sausage
Fruit Cups
Frittata
Orange Juice

One thing I really love to make
{because it's so easy & delicious} is the frittata -
which is really just a kind of crustless quiche.

Fritatta Recipe
  • 8 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • diced ham
  • small can mild green chiles {optional}
Whisk eggs & combine with other ingredients in a bowl. I like to use parchment cups {you can make or own or buy them} & bake in muffin tins. Or you can spray a pan with a non-stick spray & bake it that way. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Can be served warm or at room temperature. So delicious!

    1. Hi Wendy, I got mine at my local grocery store {Smith's}. If you can't find them locally, you could probably order them online. Thanks for reading!
