Happy Easter!
Tomorrow, we'll be having a big dinner -
so today I made a nice breakfast for the fam.
On the menu:
Sausage
Fruit Cups
Frittata
Orange Juice
One thing I really love to make
{because it's so easy & delicious} is the frittata -
which is really just a kind of crustless quiche.
Fritatta Recipe
- 8 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- diced ham
- small can mild green chiles {optional}
Whisk eggs & combine with other ingredients in a bowl. I like to use parchment cups {you can make or own or buy them} & bake in muffin tins. Or you can spray a pan with a non-stick spray & bake it that way. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Can be served warm or at room temperature. So delicious!
Yum! This looks so good and easy. I'm going to have to use it for my hubby's birthday. Thank you for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking the time to leave your sweet comment. The frittatas are so easy & I LOVE them. Let me know how it goes!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Brandi. What do you use parchment cups for?

I am organizing a brunch & want to make your frittatas, but where do I find the parchment cups?
ReplyDeleteHi Wendy, I got mine at my local grocery store {Smith's}. If you can't find them locally, you could probably order them online. Thanks for reading!
