Easter Brunch Idea

I recently shared a recipe for
that would be awesome served for brunch
on Easter.

Today's easy recipe would be great
served with the sticky buns . . .

Breakfast Casserole

  • 2 dozen large eggs
  • 1 1lb. Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can diced green chilis
Fry, drain, & crumble sausage--set aside. Soft scramble eggs. Gently fold soup into scrambled eggs. Add 3/4 cup of the cheese & the chilis.  Turn into a large casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Warm in a 350 degree until warm & cheese is melted.

Have a great Easter!

  2. We wanted to serve a breakfast casserole at my daughter's baptism in two weeks. I have several recipes but this one sounds really great. Thanks for sharing.
