Don't Mourn That it's Over - Just Be Glad That it Was

I heard this beautiful thought
in the title recently
& it has helped me with
the passing of our dear Mom Lunt.

This weekend we will be
cleaning out her house.

I haven't been in her home
since she passed away.

I have a feeling I am going to want
to keep everything because I'm
so sentimental when it comes to her
& our memories.
(Keeping everything is not an option.)

Wish me luck getting through it!

Next week I have a fun project to
show you using the things in this
photo:

You're probably thinking,
"What in the name of corn on the cob is she
doing with that stuff?"

Check back to find out!

  1. I am sure it will be hard to go through her house and her "things".....a walk through time and memories of her
think of it as a blessed event....as I am sure she would be happy to know the people she loved are looking through her life

  2. What a special time to be going through things with Conference being this weekend... maybe a few small things that you can place in a shadow box and hang on a wall for all to enjoy in loving memory of your sweet mother-in-law. Happy thoughts are coming your way! Vicki

  5. Michelle, Thanks for popping by and leaving a sweet comment. It won't be an easy task for you and your family to go through your MIL's things, but make sure you do keep some momentos that are special to you. :-)
As for those keyboards, I recently saw some awesome jewelry and some artwork that included them. Waiting with bells on...
