Whoa Nellie!

I'm so inspired by my beautiful grand daughter, that I created a line of accessories & named them after her. "Whoa Nellie!" broaches, headbands, & hair clips can be purchased at Parcels & Papers (1918 East 9400 South/Sandy, Utah).
